Chicken Spaghetti

  14 May 2017

Chicken Spaghetti is a church potluck staple in the South, and you’re guaranteed at least 2 pans in your freezer when you have a baby.  To me, it’s the ultimate comfort food because it’s simple, creamy, and cheesy.  It’s very easy to make, and freezes beautifully (name that movie!), so it’s perfect for taking to friends and neighbors.

Ingredients:
2 cups Cooked Chicken
3 cups Dry Spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Finely Diced Green Pepper
1/4 cup Finely Diced Onion
1 jar (4 oz) Diced Pimentos, drained
2 cups reserved chicken broth from pot
1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt
1/8 tsp (to 1/4 tsp) Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 cup additional Grated Sharp Cheddar
