Deep Fried Pickles

Crunchy pickles in a crispy batter. Served with a spicy chipotle mayonnaise!


Ingredients:

  • 4 Dill Pickles (although there’s enough batter for 8 probably)
  • 1 Cup All-purpose Flour (batter)
  • 1 Cup Cornmeal (batter)
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika (Batter)
  • 1 Cup Beer (or milk for a softer batter)
  • 1 Pinch Salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers
  • 1 Tablespoon Adobo sauce (from chipotles)
  • 1 Quart Vegetable Oil (for frying)
