Hashbrown Casserole

This is another easy recipe that can be a breakfast or dinner casserole. You can make it a day ahead (just don’t put the topping on it until you bake it). You can change up the ingredients and change the flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 2lbs Hashbrowns Shredded Potatoes
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes – add an additional 3 tbsp butter
